Deleted eSIM numbers persist in WhatsApp login on iPhone 15

That would be a whatsapp issue and should be directed to their support.

[Unfortunately, not completely unexpected behavior from Meta (a personal data harvesting company.)]

It’s possible the information is being stored in the Passwords app or iCloud Password if you enabled both features. Did you enable storage of passcodes and other information?

However, WhatsApp notes that even when an account is removed, data may not be removed for sometime.

Personally, the way it’s being displayed looks like it’s being supplied by WhatsApp and not Apple Passwords app.
