Keyboard lags when entering text or sign-in codes

Question

keyboard lags for up to 8 characters when entering a website, or the random numbers sent to sign in to something

Two Separate keyboards. I had an Apple Case ID Number, but I don't know ho to get to someone in apple who can help.

What keyboard(s) are you using with the M2 Mac mini..?

If you have a rechargeable Magic keyboard, test it plugged into the Mac mini.

Test a USB keyboard. Logitech, HP and other generic brands will work with the M2 Mac mini.
