Apple Pencil (1st gen) not pairing with iPad A16

I have an issue that I don’t know what to do. So I have a Ipad A16 and i have a 1st gen Apple Pencil. I paired the pencil to my IPad. It works. About 4 days later, they don’t want to talk to each other when connected with an adapter(usb c male to lightning female) that came with the box nor the usb c male to lightning female adapter that apple made. I have tried every troubleshoot i could find online and on YouTube. I have bought a usb c male to lightning male data transfer cable at good old Walmart and use the lightning female to lightning female adapter that came with the box. That didn’t work either. Does anyone know what else i can try to get it paired again? Also the battery is charged and my android devices and pick up its Bluetooth signal and i know it cannot connect to android so i know that the pencil is charged.
