Bluetooth issue on iPhone

Hey, I have recently been facing this issue, whenever I take calls on my iPhone with AirPods Pro on, it is picking up a lot of surrounding noises, although the audio is loud and clear for me, but the person I'm speaking with are able to hear all the background noises except my voice.

This is not just happening while I'm using AirPods; it also happened when I used another Bluetooth device with my iPhone as well.

I have tested taking a call on my iPad with AirPods, and they are working absolutely fine, there is no noise.

Can anyone please provide the solution or a fix for this issue?

During a cellular voice call, the sounds your caller hears aren’t always coming from your surroundings. Sometimes, what reaches them is network‑induced noise—static, interference, or distortions introduced by the carrier’s infrastructure. This can make it seem like background noise is leaking through, even when your environment is quiet.

To help reduce what your caller perceives, you can enable Voice Isolation on your iPhone. This feature prioritizes your speech and suppresses ambient sounds, making your audio clearer. While it won’t eliminate network‑related interference, it can ensure that any noise from your side is minimized, helping your caller distinguish between genuine background sounds and carrier‑generated artifacts.

Use Voice Isolation, Wide Spectrum or Automatic Mic Mode ...
