Logic Pro for Mac - Automations: how do I type in exact numeric values & jump the playhead to the previous/next automation point?

In Logic Pro for Mac, in the Tracks area, if I have clicked the Show Automation button so I can see the automations for all tracks at once, I'm wondering:

1 - I'm I the Tracks area, is there any way to quickly move the Playhead to the previous or next automation point (the dot in the automation graph) on a track? In video editing software, there's usually a right and left arrow on keyframe graphs so you can quickly jump the playhead/current time indicator (CTI) to the previous or next keyframe with a click.

2 - How do I set an exact numeric value for an automation point? Dragging an automation point up and down only gives me an approximate number, and right clicking on an automation point doesn't allow me to set an exact numeric value. I would like to type in an exact numeric value for some automation points.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 26.4

There is no feature in Logic to navigate by or jump to automation points.

Markers, regions, bars and time are generally the navigation points that can be quickly accessed.

In my experience with Logic, scrolling by swiping with the trackpad is a fast and easy way to move laterally through a project to edit automations. Change the zoom level of the project as necessary to facilitate this.

You can also select multiple automation points by clicking and dragging a selection box across multiple points, as you would to select other multiple items on the Mac.

I don't know how to click an automation point to set a numeric value by typing it. Not sure that's an option.

But you can get fine control of automation point changes by clicking the point, pressing and hold the Option key and dragging the automation point up or down.
