How to fix grayed-out Move ring on iPhone Fitness app?

The fitness app on my iPhone has the move ring grayed out. I have talked with 12 senior advisors who abandoned me and wrote a letter to Apple Customer Relations who ignored the issue. From what I am told is Apple does not have a fix and the enginners will have to include the fix in an upcoming update. No time line, just wait. Is it just me, or does anyone else find this less than accaptable.

Your’s is the only report I have seen of this, and checking the feedback report database I don’t see any other reports, so it’s unlikely an update will fix the problem with your iPhone. If it’s just the move ring that’s probably a hardware problem with the motion sensor.

Now, with that out of the way, are you here to get assistance or is this a call to arms to rally support for your issue? The former is the intent of the communities. If the later, it’s a violation of the terms of service for the communities and your posts and possibly the entire thread will be moderated out of existence. Just wanted to be up front and no surprises. 😃😃

Apple does not introduce updates or patches for device-specific issues.

Not every issue an individual encounters on their device can be attributed to an iOS update. If the update itself were the root cause, then every device running that same version of iOS would exhibit the identical problem. In such a scenario, the forums would be flooded with countless posts reporting the same malfunction, creating an unmistakable wave of complaints that no one could possibly overlook. The absence of such widespread reports strongly indicates that the issue is not systemic, but rather specific to the device in question.

To improve my understanding of the phenomenon, it would be highly beneficial if you could share a full screenshot (Do not crop it). Visual representations carry a greater impact than written descriptions.

Please remember that this is a public forum, so when attaching a screenshot, please avoid including any personal credentials such as IP addresses, card details, email IDs, Apple IDs, IMEI numbers, serial numbers, phone numbers, order IDs, or any identifiable location information if you are sharing a map.

With the limited information that you have provided, It is hard to even guess the problems faced by you.
