Mouse Pads Slide all Around

RE: Mouse pads: I have a dreadful problem. 37 years on Macs and I can't find a mouse pad that will not slide around on my Danish teak work station. I'm going insane. Products, solutions, work arounds... please respond to the Apple community. Thank you!
