MacBook Air 13 inch M4 liquid damage on the keyboard and it play charging port headphone jack trackpad and stuff like that or Apple replace or repair my MacBook because I have AppleCare and I’m doing a mail in repair and also my keyboard completely stopped working and at some point my computer even had me get a magic mouse. I can’t even turn it off.

If you have purchased AppleCare coverage for your MacBook Air, it will be covered for liquid damage. There may be some charge depending on what needs to be replaced but it will be far less than the repair cost if you did not have coverage.

Perhaps it would help if you imagine you were at Apple and received such an inquiry from someone who spilled liquid on their laptop and the keyboard no longer works nor the trackpad, and it can't even be shut down. Wouldn't you want to inspect it first before quoting a repair when you know that the customer expects a perfectly working computer after such a repair.
With such pervasive damage I would expect you may need a new computer because it almost certainly needs a complete replacement of the logic board, keyboard, associated ports, battery, maybe SSD, and who knows what else (RAM?), but if Apple is willing to repair it under the AppleCare, you could decide to go with that option.
OK, yeah I have AppleCare plus for my MacBook Air. I can’t even erase it or back it up or anything might display even want completely out so how long will Apple take to repair my computer now? I don’t know how this is gonna work because since there is liquid damage on display keyboard, trackpad port headphone audio area, and even main logic board potentially.

Apple is not here. We users can not speak on behalf of Apple. You received your response from Apple "they would need to have the technician to look at it when they receive" so now you have to decide what to do next.
