Stream music using Cellular on apple watch without iPhone.

I have apple watch Series 10 (GPS + Cellular), watchOS 26.5; also iPhone 16 pro, iOS 26.5; also AirPods pro 3. I want to listen to streaming music while wearing only the apple watch and the AirPods -- NO Iphone. With AirPods paired to apple watch and cellular ON (WiFi Off), when I open Pandora (on watch), and select my channel, and press the forward arrow (play) ... the watch displays "buffering" forever - no music. I want to stream music from my apple watch (without downloading to the apple watch) using the cellular connection.
