Unable to remove $0.20 App Store balance to change country

Buy(not subscribe to) something at least as expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for any extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.

The people on these boards are mostly other customers, don't have inside access to Apple's servers, and can't remove it.

Buy something more expensive than your balance and pay the rest with a credit card from the current region or if you don't have enough for a single item and can't add a credit card to your account, contact Apple support so they can remove the balance.

1. Purchase something from the App Store at a cost greater than your balance. This is the quickest option.
2. If you are unable to spend the remaining balance, then contact Apple Support to request a reset of your account balance to zero.
3. If you need to change your region, then click ▶︎ Change Region for step-by-step instructions.
4. Once your region has successfully changed, then you can add a payment method to your Apple Account.

Hello ~If you are trying to zero your balance before changing regions…you may purchase an item from the App Store for more than your balance and the remainder will be billed to your credit card on file thus zeroing your balance . You may also go to lower left hand corner and click on Support and they can zero it for you or…
