Gift card code torn during scratching

she mistakenly tour the code while trying to scratch it

According to Apple:

If you can't read the code on the back of your card because it's scratched or damaged, contact Apple Support. ←💳

You might need to provide:

• An image of the full front and back of your card.
• A sales receipt showing when your card was purchased.
• The serial number from your card.

Reach back out to the person who gave you the gift and tell them that the Gift Card cannot be redeemed. They should then reach out to Apple Support to remedy it, because they have the sales receipt. Please don't post any sensitive gift card information here as this is a public community.
