Escalation: Apple Watch Burn Injury Following Apple Safety Assessment
I'm looking for advice from anyone who has experienced a similar situation.
My Apple Watch was previously inspected and reviewed through Apple's support process and was returned to me. Some time later, I experienced a skin burn while wearing the device. I documented the injury and reported the matter to Apple, providing photos and other relevant information.
The case has been under review for an extended period, and I have been struggling to obtain clear updates regarding the investigation or next steps. Has anyone dealt with a similar product-safety concern, and if so, how was it ultimately resolved?
Any guidance on how to ensure a case receives proper review would be appreciated.
