Daughter cannot receive Apple Cash payments
When I send my daughter apple cash it says she cannot receive payments sent with apple cash at this time

- The region of the device must be the US
- The user must be 18 or over, otherwise they would have to use Apple Cash for family in a Family Sharing group.
