Dear Apple Support, I am experiencing persistent 'Keychain Not Found' pop-ups on my MacBook. Also, when I attempt to reset the default keychains, the password is not accepted or the process fails, leaving me in a continuous loop. I need assistance in resolving this technical issue.

The old Keychain Access.app retains the original password when it was set up initially. If you "reset" it starts a new Keychain which is empty ...
