I purchased the apple silicon case for my iPhone 16 Pro, but it started peeling off after a few days. Does anyone else have the same issue? Is this only happening in India? Are we getting a sub par quality product just because we are purchasing it in India?
You would have got a receipt from Apple via email. There are contact details on that.
If you've lost it then it you can log in on the Apple store, click on past purchases and request a return.
Failing all that, you can initiate a chat on the Apple store website.
I've had half a dozen genuine Apple cases and they've never had any problems. Did you buy it from Apple? If so then you can just return it and I'm sure they'll refund or replace.
Yes I bought it from apple website. I could not find a way to contact apple support regarding the silicon case. The apple support website does not provide a dead simple chat or phone support page. Why do they make support so hard?
I purchased the product in India. For receipts in India there are no contact details. Apple store website does not have that purchase. Also on apple store website there is no easy way to initiate a chat? Is there any direct link to chat page? I just get a generic support page. This is really frustrating. They even do not have a chat bot in the website anywhere.
