Incorrect time for shared Outlook calendar on iOS devices

Hi, an Outlook calendar that used to be shared with me stopped appearing in my calendar complete so it was reshared with me. Since being reshared, I can now see the calendar and its events. The events display correctly in Outlook.com and the native macOS calendar. On my iPad and iPhone, they are four hours behind (events that should be at 1730 are actually showing at 1330, for example). I'm not able to resolve this despite removing the calendar and re-adding it, and it appears to function correctly when I am on non-mobile devices.

I have removed and re-added the calendars, and the same results occur.

I have several shared calendars across various accounts that all display correctly.
