The yellow triangle next to a Gmail calendar is an authentication error — your Apple Calendar app has lost its connection to Google. Here's how to fix it on both iPhone and Mac:

On iPhone:

1. Go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts

2. Tap your Gmail/Google account

3. Tap "Re-enter Password" if that option appears, or toggle Calendars off and back on

4. If no option appears: tap "Delete Account" (this only removes the account from the phone, not from Google) and then re-add it via Settings > Calendar > Accounts > Add Account > Google

5. Sign in with your Google account and grant Calendar access

On Mac:

1. Open System Settings > Internet Accounts

2. Click on your Google account

3. Toggle Calendars off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on

4. If that doesn't work: remove the Google account and re-add it via the + button

If the yellow triangle persists after re-adding:

1. Go to myaccount.google.com > Security > Third-party apps with account access

2. Check if Apple Calendar/Calendar is listed — if not, or if access was revoked, re-adding the account on your devices will re-authorize it

3. Make sure you're using the same Google account email on all devices

4. Check that 2-Step Verification settings haven't changed on your Google account, which can force re-authentication on connected apps

Also check: Settings > Privacy & Security > Calendars — confirm that Calendar has access enabled.
