Cancelling on the day the trial is ending is why you were charged for the subscription. That is why it is required that you double click the side button to accept the terms of the free trial where it says to cancel the subscription a day before the trial ends to avoid the charge.

View your Purchase History on your account and see what it shows there. I recommend using the option under "How to see your purchase history on your device", and you may have to adjust the filters to show all transactions. In the screenshot seen in the Support Article it defaults to "Last 90 days" and "Paid". You want to look for a transaction that is in red or showing as Pending. If that is the case, then the subscription does not show up in your Settings until that transaction has been completed. It is also at that time that you can request a refund.

Actually the charge doesn’t show up in the website because i cancelled it before the free trial ended , but the money was deducted from my bank account

Are you show the money was deducted from your Bank Account and it is not showing as Pending, meaning the transaction has not been processed yet?

Did you cancel the free trial at least a day before (24 hours) the trial period was set to expire as seen in the message on the screen when you started the free trial that required you to double click the side button to accept those terms?

What is the exact description of the charge you see on your bank account? If it says anything about Grok, it is not a subscription managed by Apple and you would not see it in your Apple Account settings to cancel the subscription.

That explains everything! 💡

You need to cancel at least 24 hours before the subscription expires.

As Mac Jim ID had mentioned, perhaps you are stuck in a waiting period while the bank processes the charge from pending status.

Once the payment clears, you should be able to complete your refund request.
