If your Apple Pencil Pro is not charging, it is important to first ensure that the magnetic connector on the side of your iPad is clean and free of any debris or protective case obstruction. You should also verify that your iPad itself has a sufficient battery charge, as it will not charge the pencil if the iPad's battery is critically low.

Try 'forgetting' the Apple Pencil Pro in your iPad's Bluetooth settings and then re-attaching it to the magnetic connector to trigger a fresh pairing. If the Pencil still doesn't charge or show up, a hard restart of your iPad can sometimes reset the charging logic. Regarding repair options, Apple typically offers a replacement service for Apple Pencils rather than a repair. If you are out of warranty, there is a flat-rate replacement fee which you can check on the Apple Support 'iPad Service and Repair' page under the 'Battery Service' section for accessories. Visiting an Apple Store or an Authorized Service Provider for a quick diagnostic check is usually the best next step.
