Camera access issues for TikTok/Snapchat after update

Hello! My phone recently got an update and it had to temporarily uninstall tiktok and snapchat. However when i reinstalled them and opened them up they told me i had to allow access to my camera. When i went to settings to allow it, it did not give me an option to. I even went through privacy to see if I had any app clips but i did not. How do i fix this?
