I have an iPhone 16 Pro in Desert. Rose and I did an apple support replacement because my back glass is shattered. I ordered it on April 18, 2026 and still have not received it every time I call and they just tell me they don’t have an update.

I’m sure there are people who have had delays, but yours is very unusual; typically replacements go in a week or less. Are you in the country that the phone was purchased in, and was it purchased directly from Apple or an Authorized distributor?
