You should not need drivers to use that Canon AirPrint compatible printer.

About AirPrint - Apple Support

1) Cycle the Canon printers power.

2) Make sure it is connected to your local Wi-Fi network.

3) Restart the Mac mini and then reset the Mac mini's Printing System.

If you need the IJ Scan Utility or Wi-Fi Assistant, go to the Canon web site.

Apple does not supply printer drivers, that comes from the printer manufacturers. One thing you should try prior to going to Canon is first try resetting the printing system per Apple's directions in Reset the printing system on your Mac to solve a problem - Apple Support

After resetting the printing system restart the computer and then attempt to add the printer.
