...Do you see a 'Parts & Service' section there?

If so, tap it and in the resulting pane, does it say anything about parts being 'Unknown'?

Buying a refurbished phone from anyone other than Apple is a roll of the dice, with the odds always stacked against you.

Return that phone to Amazon......which was almost certainly "refurbished" by a non-authorized shop.....then do the right thing.

Yes, it may cost a bit more, but it is worth it.

I don't think I elaborated on your answer. I wouldn't even try to clean the speaker on a refurbished iPhone bought through Amazon to begin with. There's a reason they are a lower cost option at Amazon, compared to buying one from Apple. They are usually a bad choice, aren't refurbished with authentic Apple Parts and will have no warranty service or support from Apple if needed.
