It is not possible to remove the App Store from an iPhone – except in the European Union, and then only if you have installed an alternative app store.
However, if your phone is under parental controls, your parents would have the ability to set restrictions on App Store purchases. That could include disabling your access to the App Store, which would cause the App Store icon to disappear from your Home Screens until such time as your parents allowed access once more. The app would still be on your phone – but there would be no way for you to get to it and use it.
If your parents have placed this sort of restriction on your phone, you'll have to take it up with them.

Sorry, but we can't help you bypass your parents. You'll need to take this up with them. Apps are updated in the App Store. It's that simple. If you don't have the App Store, you can't update your apps.
You can update apps without opening the App Store by enabling App Updates. Go to Settings ➢ Apps ➢ App Store ➢ and turn on App Updates.
Apps will then update in the background when your device is connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data, depending on your settings.
Good Luck! 👋🏼😉

The restrictions that your parents have placed on your phone will not allow you to do what you want.
You need to discuss it with your parents.
We're not going to help you to violate their rules.
