MacBook Pro internet disconnected after Tahoe installation

If you have any add-on VPN apps, remove all, restart, and try again.

An old version of my router firmware had a similar occasional issue: Wi-Fi was connected but the Mac had no IP-address (using a mobile device to just access the router kicked it to work again in my setup). So reboot the router and the Mac and see if that fixes it for you.
