I have a new iPhone 17pro and purchased the Beats iPhone 17 Pro Rugged Case with MagSafe and the Fine Woven Wallet with MagSafe. The strength of the magnet is horrible. Is slides easily around on the phone. Is that normal?

Is that normal? I would think not, but it would be up to the case manufacturer to test that before placing their product(s) on the market.
Regardless, if you are not satisfied with it, I suggest that you return it for a full refund.
And also do the refund on the one you have like Tesserax said
Ok my dad had this problem so he i think took it to a Apple Store or best buy so they could help him find the perfect one
i haven't though had a wallet that connects to your phone but their are some cases that have those wallets either on the back or on a cover of the phone.
but what i would recommend for your phone is a case that has a wallet already attached to it
