Apple Wallet: Payment withdrawn, insufficient funds

I used my Apple wallet balance to pay for an item and the money was withdrawn from my wallet upon purchase. I now am getting notifications that I have insuffient funds. Why is this happening? My transactions show that the money was withdrawn already.
