That is perfectly normal. The battery's "health" can fluctuate up & down...usually fluctuations of as much as 8% is considered normal.
Just use your laptop and don't worry about the battery details other than it's current charge level. When the laptop's battery no longer meets your expectations for run time, then & only then look at the battery's health information. If you look at the battery health details before that time, then you may end up replacing the battery prematurely for your usage.
