I can’t turn on passwords and keychain because I can’t update my iPhone 15 and it says iCloud data isn’t syncing delete iCloud data. I don’t know know if I’m supposed to delete it or what but I can’t update sync or add a recovery contact or anything really I just want it to sync again

To unblock the situation without losing your data, first try to log out of your iCloud account (in Settings > Your Name > Logout), then restart your iPhone and log back in. This forces a new clean synchronization of your data and the Keychain. If the error message persists, make sure you are connected to a stable Wi-Fi network and try to update your iPhone by connecting it to a computer (Mac or PC with the Apple Devices application).
