Not sure what sort of appointment you are talking about, but since this is a user-to-user technical support community it is doubtful anyone here can help you. You aren’t addressing Apple employees or management here.

You will need to contact what ever department or location you had the appointment with.

You can ask questions here, and if a fellow Apple product user reads your question & has an answer they want to share, they will post it as a reply.

It is best to ask 1 question per new post, and have a good subject line to get readers interested.
