To retrieve your invoice, you do not need to return on site, simply contact Apple Support by phone or via the Support app. Explain to them that you never received the receipt by email after your purchase in store abroad. By providing them with the exact date of purchase, the name of the Apple Store concerned, the model of the device (and its serial number if you have configured it), as well as the amount charged to your credit card, they will be able to find the transaction in their system and send you the official invoice directly by email. I don’t think you can. If you purchased in store then you should have been given a printed receipt. If you purchased online you would normally get the receipt emailed you. Otherwise you’ll need to contact the Apple Store you made the purchase from. Are you sure its was an actual Apple Store?
Thanks. Yes, I bought it in an apple physical store. But the seller asked me if a receipt by email was ok. I said yes … but when I arrived I checked and I never received it. And the issue is that I live in another country. So I can’t go back and request it again.
Thanks! I did it, but they told me they can’t help me. They said they can only assist if the purchase was made through the online store. Since it was purchased at the physical store, I have to request it there. The problem is there’s no way to do that—I lived in a different country. They have a phone number, but it’s not working..
You may be out of luck then, assuming you have checked your spam/junk folder to see if the email was tossed in there. Next time ask for a printed receipt/invoice.
