So in my settings, it says that I have the App Store when it’s completely not visible on my home screen and in my search for app? i’m really confused because I really wanna download Disney. Please comment on this to help me with this or to give me suggestions.!!!

The App Store app cannot be deleted, unless you are in Europe and it was removed after installing a different App Store.
You can look for it in the App Library and drag it back to home screen if its there.

If its not there, make sure its not restricted in Settings ➜ Screen Time ➜ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➜ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➜ Installing Apps and make sure it's set to Allow.

If it is not in the App Library by using the provided links to find it, then you are probably on a Family Sharing plan where the Organizer has restricted the use of the App Store and it will not be found on your device. It would still appear in Settings though, but you would not be able to use it to install any apps.
