Hello, I have a faulty case for an iPhone that should still be in warranty. We’ve been told in store we needed to book an appointment at the Genius Bar. When I try to do this I have to select one of my devices to make the appointment. But my devices are fine, just the case that needs looking at. Could anyone help me find a way to book an appointment please?

Select your iPhone for repair, but when you get to the Apple Store, tell them it is the phone's case you want them to examine for manufacturing defects. Please be sure to have a copy of your sales receipt to prove ownership.
Should they determine the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, you may find that you can get a replacement case for little or no charge to you.
