I see several dozen posts in the communities, not multiple 1000’s. Apple does not have access to your data or your accounts. The solution rests with Green Dot Bank. If you haven’t contacted their support team yet, please do so as soon as possible.

Hey! This just happened to me and i lost 400$! i was freaking out but managed to find a fix. So if you’re reading this and this has happend to you all you need to do is send someone 1$ or have someone send you 1$. Once sent the balance gets refreshed and readjusted and your money should all come back like mine. I think it’s a visual glitch and your money is still there. Hopefully they fix this ASAP

I have been trying to get 250 dollars all day so I can take my car to the mechanic,I finally got 250 from my Uncle and as soon as I tried to transfer the money to my bank. it disappeared with and error message.An I called customer service and they told me to just pray.I need to know what is going on and when I’m going to get my money or the transaction will stop pending because this is insane.

I requested a statement from Apple Cash card and it shows an ending balance ( as of now) $400 but my card in wallet shows $0 . Been trying to contact green dot to no avail. Hold time is in sane no one answers

I put 300 into my Apple Pay I paid 65.00 on my phone bill and now i don’t have the rest of my money where did it go
