Uso de la batería del MacBook: ¿cargar o dejar que se agote?

Si es conveniente conectarla a la corriente, no hay problema en dejarla conectada mientras se utiliza para juegos o trabajo.

Si no, se puede dejar descargar mientras, pero no es recomendable descargarla totalmente con mucha frecuencia. Siempre es preferible recargarla antes de que baje de 20% de carga.

By default macOS now has Optimized Charging enabled which will exercise the battery automatically if you keep the laptop plugged into the power adapter for long periods. See the following Apple article for details:

FYI, use the power adapter whenever you can while at home (especially if playing games or during intensive workloads) or in the office.

And ignore the battery health details. Just use the laptop until the battery run time no longer meets your needs, then look at the battery health details to confirm it indicates a problem where you need to have the battery replaced.
