To get the official invoice for your MainStage purchase, you don't need a tip: Apple automatically sends a receipt by email within 48 hours of the transaction. If you haven't received it, sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID, open the App Store app on your device, click on your profile picture, then go to Purchase History to find the payment and click "Resend Receipt".
