Hi,

The error 0x10CC0029 indicates a sync session failure often caused by corrupted iTunes components, invalid device settings, or conflicting security software.

To resolve this, follow these steps:

  • Update Software: Ensure iTunes and your iOS version are up to date, as outdated software frequently causes sync conflicts.
  • Restart Devices: Fully restart both your iPhone and your computer to clear temporary glitches in the sync session.
  • Check Connections: Plug your iPhone directly into a USB port on the computer using a known-good cable, avoiding hubs or keyboards.
  • Reinstall iTunes: If the issue persists, uninstall iTunes, delete related Apple folders (such as Apple Computer in AppData and Program Files), and reinstall the latest version.
  • Disable Interference: Temporarily disable or uninstall antivirus/firewall software that may be blocking the connection, and ensure Apple Music is not conflicting with the sync process.
