How to add multiple devices to a new AppleCare monthly plan?

Plan to purchase a new macbook and wanted to put that one and the existing one onto apple care. The current one has applecare which expires january 2029. I was thinking of changing to the 20/month plan and adding the new laptop and an iPhone. How can I do that?
