Is there any way to reach out to a support desk to cancel my Apple credit card except for calling directly such as email or WhatsApp? As I am out of town, I need other ways to contact.

It is not possible to cancel an Apple Card (Apple credit card) by email or WhatsApp for security reasons. However, since you are abroad and cannot call, you can do so entirely in writing via the Messages app (iMessage) on your Apple device, open the Wallet app, tap your Apple Card, press the three dots button (or the profile icon), then choose Message. This will open a secure discussion with a Goldman Sachs advisor to whom you can request the cancellation of your card. You can also go through the Messages app by looking for Apple Card support (Business Chat). See you soon :)

Without access to your Apple Card in your Wallet app, required to maintain security and privacy, you’ll need to call an Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs Bank.

Thank you for your kind response. I am not available to access my Apple Card since I cannot log in to my previous Apple ID I used to use with my work phone. However my previous phone number and email address are not active anymore, also Apple Card is in my previous phone I already returned, hence, I don’t have any other ways to access my Apple Card and cancel it. Please advise.
