Hello. I want to change my Apple Account country from the United States to Nigeria, but I have a remaining Apple Account balance of $0.05. Since it’s less than the cost of any item, could you please remove the remaining balance so I can change my country? Thank you.

Buy(not subscribe to) something at least as expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for any extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
The people on these boards are mostly other customers, don't have inside access to Apple's servers, and can't remove it.
