Hello ~ We are your fellow forum members and can only point you in the right direction. If you are trying to zero your balance before changing regions…you may purchase an item from the App Store for more than your balance and the remainder will be billed to your credit card on file thus zeroing your balance . You may also go to lower left hand corner and click on Support and they can zero it for you or…


Contact Apple for support and service

Hello A_smirno, welcome to the Apple Support Community!

To clear the balance of your App Store account, you must purchase an item whose price is equal to or greater than your iTunes balance. This item will be debited as a priority, and your credit card will be used to pay the difference. If you have a residual balance of a few cents, contact Apple support: Contact – Assistance Apple officielle (FR), they may be able to delete it. Have a good day :)

  1. Purchase something from the App Store at a cost greater than your balance. This is the quickest option.
  2. If you are unable to spend the remaining balance, then contact Apple Support to request a reset of your account balance to zero.
  3. If you need to change your region, then click ▶︎ Change Region for step-by-step instructions.

You’ll either need to spend it or if it’s not enough to purchase a product or service, you’ll need to contact Apple Support to have your account set to zero. As an alternative, add a payment method and purchase an item for more than your account balance. The purchase will first be withdrawn from your account and then any remaining balance with be charged to the payment method in your account.  If you’re in the US please call  1-800-MY-APPLE or outside the US, consult the support articles below.
