MP3 files fail to transfer to iPhone via iTunes for Windows

When I transfer music (all MP3 files) to Apple Music on my iPhone using a data cable via iTunes for Windows (Windows 10, iTunes version 12.13.10.3), some of the music files fail to transfer. After clicking the operation, neither the phone nor the computer seems to respond, although most other files transfer normally. What could be causing this issue? (Additionally, some of these MP3 files may have previously been transferred to the iPhone but were later deleted by me—I suspect this might be related. When attempting to add the problematic MP3 files to the iPhone, the response is similar to adding one file twice: no reaction occurs during the second attempt. Could it be that information about these songs remains in the iPhone or iTunes, causing them to be incorrectly identified as duplicates? If so, how can this be resolved?)

iPhone X, iOS 16

Hello 振翔49, welcome to the Apple Support Community!

Your intuition is excellent, it is often a cache bug that makes iTunes believe that the songs are already present on the iPhone. To solve this problem, the easiest solution is to slightly change the information of the blocked files. On iTunes (PC), right-click on the songs concerned, choose Song Information, slightly change the title or album name (add a space for example), then validate. Then re-enable synchronization. This will force iTunes to consider them as new files and transfer them again. Have a nice day :)
