iCloud email Send button off-screen with long subject

REPOSTING: iCloud email: Send button off-screen with long subject

iCloud email in a browser (Chrome or Firefox), message with a long subject title push message send controls offscreen when replying. Can't actually send the message since the send button is pushed offscreen. Adjusting zoom levels in the browser does not reveal the send controls.

For the Moderator: why did my original post on June 30th drop off?

Re-imaged my PC today for another issue and lo and behold, this now is working....

Not to throw fuel on the fire....but why not. If only this problem had been solved previously that could guide Apple Support on a solution. Hmmmmm.....
