iPhone SE camera won't flip for FaceTime and selfies
I have an iphone SE. The camera has stopped flipping, so I can't do facetime calls or selfies. I've updated the software, all to no avail. Can anyone help?
The first thing I'd do is Force Restart --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
The nuclear option would be to reset all settings, but you'll need to ensure you know your Wifi passwords before you do this as you'll have sign back into Wifi networks. To do this, open Settings > General > Transfer or Reset > Reset > Reset All Settings.
If this doesn't work, make sure you are updated to the most current iOS version your phone can support. Settings > General > Software Update
And still nothing helps, then it's time to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and service options --> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
