Hello hitekani36, welcome to the Apple Support Community!

This problem targeted on a single internet network usually comes from a blockage in the DNS addresses or security protocols of this specific router. To solve this, connect to the problem network, go to your iPhone Settings > Wi-Fi, then tap the small blue "i" button next to the name of this network. First try to disable the Private Wi-Fi Address option and the Limit IP Address Tracking option (some routers block devices that hide their identity). If that's not enough, scroll down to Configure DNS, choose Manual, delete existing servers and add Google's by typing 8.8.8.8 (which will force the connection to load your applications) :)
