Logitech cameras not streaming on cellular in Home app

Hi, since the recent updates on the iOS, all my smart cams are not visible in my home app. I see the videos, but the stream funcion seems not working properly as before… when Im at home it works (same wifi) but as soon as I use a phone carrier network, while away from my home it does not stream them. I have a logitech doorbell, and 4 logic circle cameras

If your cameras stream locally on Wi-Fi but fail on cellular data, your Apple Home Hub (Apple TV or HomePod) is failing to relay remote encrypted streams to iCloud/external networks. Check that cellular data is enabled for the Apple home app , restart your active Home Hub, and verify your network settings.

Check iPhone Settings

  • Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data), scroll down, and ensure the toggle for the Home app is switched on (green).
  • Verify that Settings > General > Software Update shows your iPhone and Home Hubs (Apple TV/HomePod) are running the latest software versions.
