You are not writing anyone at Apple here. This is a user to user only forum, not Apple Support. I don't know how CFMS works, but I'd be willing to bet this isn't an iPhone or Safari issue, but is one you'd need to address with whoever is responsible for the CFMS payment system. Regardless, none of us here on this user to user only forum has anything to do with Apple or Safari.

Have you tried a different browser to see if the issue is indeed with Safari? You can try Chrome or Brave or Google or Firefox for example. Have you checked to see if there is an App for this in the App Store?

A final question. Are you by chance using iOS 27 Beta on your iPhone?

Some things that you should try are to:

• Update your iOS version to the latest acvailable (Update iOS on iPhone - Apple Support
• Disable any VPNs that you have on the iPhone
• Disable any add blocking that you have enabled in Safari iOS
• Temporarily Turn Off Private Relay (Protect your web browsing with iCloud Private Relay on iPhone - Apple Support)
• If using Wi-Fi make sure that it is a network that your trust and control
• Try disabling Wi-Fi and using cellular data, and try disabling Cellular data and using Wi-Fi

That's good. If you do have a VPN on your phone, the advice above to remove it is good. I wouldn't disable it. I'd remove it completely if you have one. Payments will be blocked by VPNs.
