Reembolso suscripción Tellm rechazado, pido revisión



Hola. Solicité un reembolso para una suscripción anual de Tellm y fue rechazado. Entiendo que la decisión aparece como final, pero me gustaría que revisaran mi caso nuevamente porque cancelé la suscripción y considero que hubo un malentendido. ¿Podrían explicarme el motivo exacto del rechazo y verificar si existe alguna excepción o revisión adicional?

The best way to get a human review of your file and understand the exact reason is to contact Apple customer support: Contact - Official Apple Support. But as Bartor (the earlier poster) mentioned, only Apple has access to your records. So it may be best to contact Apple Support directly, using the second link.
