charged, not listed, no history, not under subscriptions, no invoice and multiple times

charged, not listed, no history, not under subscriptions, no invoice and multiple times, coming from ExpressVPN who claim they can not do anything as the subscriptions was bought via apple and apple thus has to help, but for apple to help or use their support on this matter you need to have an invoice or it needs to be listed under subscriptions.. frankly this is just a huge scam

Hello Rudimenta, and welcome to the Apple Support Community.

No one in the Apple Support Community can access your Apple Account or review billing records.

If the charges don’t appear in your Purchase HistorySubscriptions, or on an Apple receipt, the first step is to verify that the charges were made using the same Apple Account and to check whether they are still pending with your payment provider.

If the charges were definitely processed through Apple but still don’t appear anywhere in your account, you’ll need to contact Apple Support directly so they can investigate your billing records.
