No one in the Apple Support Community can access your Apple Account or review billing records.
If the charges don’t appear in your Purchase History, Subscriptions, or on an Apple receipt, the first step is to verify that the charges were made using the same Apple Account and to check whether they are still pending with your payment provider.
If the charges were definitely processed through Apple but still don’t appear anywhere in your account, you’ll need to contact Apple Support directly so they can investigate your billing records.
