Hello BerikTuyaqbay, and welcome to the Apple Support Community.
Since Screen Time continues to work correctly for other apps, the issue appears to be isolated to the Roblox app rather than Screen Time itself.
You could try the following:
- Remove the existing App Limit for Roblox, then create a new one.
- Make sure Block at End of Limit is enabled.
- Restart your Mac after recreating the limit.
- If the problem started immediately after reinstalling Roblox, check whether macOS has assigned the app a new identifier that Screen Time hasn’t associated with the previous limit.
If the issue persists after recreating the App Limit, it may be a bug affecting the interaction between Screen Time and the reinstalled version of the app. In that case, updating both macOS and Roblox to the latest available versions is recommended, and reporting the issue to Apple through Feedback may also be appropriate.
